1. We need some ceiling and wall holes cut by the plumber repaired/patched/painted. There are two downlights that need replacing due to the holes cut. Needs two separate insurance quotes 2. some nail holes and damage repair from a shelf that was removed from a wall. 3. some wall and door framing repair due to storm damage. Needs insurance quote. 4. Brickwork maintenance: remove filler placed in brick drainage holes by previous owners
