Particle board floor assessment and possible replacement

Our hot water cylinder leaked and flooded the house. We had JAE come in and dry the floors with fans and dehumidifiers after 2 days. The floor boards, which I think are particle board, got soaked but were dried out. I'd like a builder to come and assess the particle boards and whether or not they need replacement; and give a quote for replacement if that is required.
