Armstrong Retirement Villa move in

Hi there. We need someone to remove all non-electrical old fittings and wallplugs from the tiles in bathroom and toilet along with the shower screens. We have tile restoration commencing on 1 May so ideally this will be done afternoon of 30 April. If possible we would also like the old bath removed and a new standard bath (1655 by 740) placed with drain connected. Sealing can be done by the tile guy.
