Window re-hinge and a few other things

Hi, I have a window that is hanging by one hinge as one got ripped out in the strong winds last weekend, I have new hinges and can buy the screws if needed but didn't want to buy 40 when I only need a few - they are standard 8G x 25mm for external timber. I also need the ceiling of an internal cupboard re-glued (or nail gunned back in place). There is also a rotten doorstep board leading into my garage that could do with replacing - it is 690 x 130 and a piece of trellis but these are not the most urgent things. The first two are. (photos attached). Look forward to hearing from you with pricing on the first two or all 4. I am an interior designer and can pass on jobs to anyone who does a great job if you are interested. My clients are always on the lookout for small jobs to be done and my two favourites / usuals have just moved to Wanaka and Taupo. Thanks so much....Penny
