Kia ora, We have 5 repair jobs needed to be attended. Here is a detailed list. Please enquire if you are able to do all of them. Thanks. - Rotten interior window sill needs replacement, -Interior door skirting cracks need refilling, - 2 ceilings areas have leaked previously. They will need repairing. - An area by the entrance of the house is cracked. Same place inside skirting has rotten. They need to be filled/repaired.

Ben is a very trustworthy person with exceptional interpersonal skills and work ethics. He’s done several remedial work on the harder end in our home with great responsibility. Despite some accidents happening out of anyone’s control, his way of resolving problems were quintessential and he displayed some very important personal and ethical qualities that made us wanting to work with him again. I recommend that you work with Ben and rest assured your remedial work will be done with him owning it
