Move floor vent, hang baby swing, other

Hi there I have a few odd jobs that I need some assistance with. 1. I have an air conditioner floor vent that I want moved (it can either be moved or capped off - I don’t mind) so that I can have a window seat installed in the place where the vent currently is. 2. I have a baby swing to hang from the verandah, I have extender ropes which it requires to hang at a suitable height 3. I have a door handle that is loose and needs fixing 4. I have a couple of small pictures I want hung in various rooms
