Repair holes in Weather board exterior

I am having an existing heat pump removed and a new one reinstalled. The heat pump will be re-routed and will not be using any of the existing penetrations in the cladding. I require holes in the weatherboard to be filled and sealed as close after the 28th of March on on this date if possible. There is at least 3 larger holes and then a number of screw holes that need to be repaired.
