Help - Tenants have let Water damage cause holes in the Floor!

I have just found out that my tenants have had a leak from the upstairs bathroom theat they havent told me about. Its caused the floor cork board flooring to rot and give way, there are now 2x huge holes in my lounge floor. Help please I'm looking for someone to come and quote me for the repairs so I can take the issue to the insurance company and then for that person to do the repair please. Plumber already on site to solve water issue.
