Repair Aluminium Window

The master bedroom window on the 3rd level of my rental property in the city is not closing properly, and both of the handles which you pull it shut with are broken. It is aluminium joinery and it is only about 8 years old, but I need someone to take a look at it and get it working right. It might just need oiling or something like that but we definately need 1 or 2 new handles put on it.
