Repairing a leak in spouting

We've had a recurrence of a leak in some spouting out the front of our house that we'd like someone to identify, clean and re-seal. We had it siliconed about 2 years ago and it has started up again. Pictures attached. Approx 3-3.5m high. There is also a leak in a section around the back of the house - I'm not sure if it is the same problem but would be great if you could look at that area too. Approx 3m high.

Hi, I've had an assortment of different trades throughout my 15 years in the trade industry, cabinet making, roofing, shed building, gib fitting, tiling, new building and renovations, ect. I put a lot of pride in my work and always make sure my customers are happy. I am a volunteer firefighter and might get called out in the early morning, this might affect the time and schedule we agree on, I will try and communicate asap if this happens. ---
