Fibre cement - exterior cladding needs repair/replacement

Hi there, I am inquiring about exterior cladding repair for a house built in 1980s, the cladding as you can see, some area of the cladding has cracks on it and a couple of places, it’s broken. Can you please advise if this can be replaced or repaired? What would be the cost? The cladding is made of fibre cement, please advise what needs to be done for maintenance and preventing from cracks. Thanks, Sarah.
