One of the wooden planks attached to the balcony is rotten and chipping away which is creating a health & safety hazard. At this stage, we're hoping to get the one plank replaced but happy to work around if requires more around the area to be re-done to aid supporting the rest of the deck. Work to be carried out during office hours of Monday - Friday 8am to 3pm only.
