Deck repair and Rot repair

As per the photos the rear deck has some rotten decking which needs to be replaced three quarters is in good condition. The pergola post has some rot in base. The front verandah needs a tidy up and there is some isolated rot per photos. Feel free to offer to do the deck alone. This house is being sold and I would like these things to be tidied up for the sale.
