Broken wood soffit plank

Hi, I would like to get a quote for the repair of the below Soffit Plank; how much would be the scope of work, and what would be the pricing? Also, there is a second plank that is cracked; could you please have a look at the pictures? Also, we have a window Roof Repair; we would like to know the rough estimate for the roof repair; I am attaching a picture for that window roof as well.
