Framing around Garage Door & Replace Outdoor Pipe Saddle Clips

Looking to replace the internal framing around garage door where it has rotted away as per pics. Additionally looking to replace the rubber base along the garage door - it currently doesn't go all the way across. Additionally, looking to replace some of the saddle clips on a couple of the outdoor pipes where they have snapped - I've highlighted these in the pics - as well as reseal the area around the bathroom toilet outlet pipe. Note - it's a three storey townhouse - the pics hopefully give a clear indication of the height and where clip replacements/resealing needs to be done.
