Gutter Repair/Fix Up

We have recently added a aluminum framed pergola roof to over our deck. Prior to this landscapers had replaced the gutters in preparation but there are some issues that need fixing and I don't trust getting the landscapers back to sort it as the mucked it up first time. Our priority is to fix up the end section of gutter by our back door. We would like the gutter to extend past the partition wall and connect to the downpipe on the other side. There are also two joins that haven't been sealed properly and leak when it rains. Access to the gutter is slightly tricky with the pergola roof but should be manageable. The second aspect is more of an enquiry at this stage, depending on the cost involved. The replaced gutter along the side of the deck area doesn't have the right fall. From the corner, one side falls to a higher side and also has a low point so water pools, though does seem to drain and not overflow during rain. This may mean that the gutter on the long side of the deck also needs to be adjusted? We're hoping that all it needs is adjusting the fall of the new guttering (i.e. don't need to replace the guttering). Photos attached.
