Build a simple wooden box frame around a tv to allow it lay flat on a table

I have a 32" panasonic TV. I want a simple wooden box/frame constructed around and under it to allow it to lie flat on it's back on a table with the screen facing up. Doesn't need finishing or anything, just the simple construction steps. Will do sanding/sealing etc myself, but lack the tools (and patience and skills) for the construction steps :) No plans - just building it to fit.
