House Maintenance and new Bathroom Build

We just moved into a 1940’s 3 level home in Remuera. It has a few things that need sorting out with it, some are a higher priority than others, but include things like: • Fitting new windows in bathrooms • Re-configure of a bathroom to allow for adding a wardrobe onto a bedroom – and I guess then new bathroom fitout (tiling, cupboards etc] • New wardrobe shelving • Addition of Shower and Toilet to downstairs rumpus/spare room • Turning an under house area into walled laundry, including moving current pipes (not as complex as it sounds ) • Shelving and Carpet laying in garage • Some Gutter and garden/landscaping issues I'm keen to find someone that can help complete all of these.
