Multi-skilled and affordable handyman required late Dec 2023 - earl January 2024

Hi, I need the help of a multi-skilled and affordable handyman, who can undertake most (if possible all) of the following tasks in my small apartment. Those would ideally be completed within no longer than one week, and can be combined with other work you may have elsewhere. Work in this apartment start as early as 26 December 2023, can be carried out between the hours of 6.30am to 8.30pm at your convenience, but must be completed by the latest 10 January 2024. 1. Install a new lock and a handle for my bathroom's door. 2. Install 2-3 small parts (latches?) in two doors of my kitchen's cupboards, to ensure they shut properly again. 3. Remove 2-3 old curtains rails and install newer 2-3 long rails for curtains, as well as possibly assist with hanging the curtains on those. 4. Install a chain door fastener on the entry door to this apartment. 5. Install a small lock pad bolt on one internal door, so it can be locked from the outside. 6. Hang 3-4 wall fixtures, so it would be possible to hang some large pictures/ photos. If time and cost would allow, then the following tasks are also required: 7. Install a small shelf on the kitchen's wall. 8. Light sanding and polishing of the external sides of 4 doors, in the same corridor. 9. Quick freshening and painting of 2-3 low walls in a very small bathroom area. 10. Quick freshening and painting of 2 windows frames and possibly 2 walls (and the ceilings?) in a very small kitchen area. 11. If at all possible and within your skills, undertake 1-2 minor electrical jobs related to two lamp bulb sockets. 12. Possibly advise with purchasing and installing one internal door (2nd hand is OK). 13. Possibly fix one tap in the bathroom sink, but this is not urgent.
