Window Hinge replacement

One of the windows on the upper level of our townhouse has hinges that are broken and need replacement. As it is a townhouse, access from the outside would be difficult if it's required. Access from the inside of the house is easy and care will need to be taken to ensure the window doesn't fall out. It is a vertically opening window with 4 hinges of which 2 are broken. The broken hinges are at the point the window pivots from and not the open end. As this is a rental, the quote needs to be approved by my landlord and the final invoice will be paid for by him. I'm advertising this job, with him permission, on his behalf.
