Re-fix Dryer on Wall + Repair Wooden Stairs

We are looking for a reliable handyman/woman to help us with a couple of general repair/home maintenance jobs. - Our dryer was installed to hang on our laundry wall but one half of the fitting has come loose. We’d like the dryer re-fitted on the wall please. - One step on our outdoor wooden stairs has rotted and broken through. We’d like this repaired please. We are based in Mount Albert and can be reasonably flexible around your schedule. We’d like the job completed by end of w/c 11 December if possible.
