Handyman for Apartment move out

We have moved out of our apartment and need a few things done like fill in gaps on walls, paint them if needed. A top has come off a wooden table - needs to be fixed. A few cupboard handles refitted. And the steel bed needs a join fixed as the hole the bolt fits through has broken so possible weld needed. I have photos to attach.
