Flat Bathroom & Kitchen

Hi there, I am looking for a quote to do the below work which consists of replacing Gib, plastering & painting from a leak that is being repaired. Downstairs Flat Bathroom: - Remove Shower door and Liner - Remove & Replace ceiling Gib with Aqualine Gib. Also frame and install 2 x new recessed access point hatches into ceiling for fan and upstairs shower trap access) - Remove and Replace wet gib on wall and behind shower liner (approx 3 sheets aqualine) - Remove & Replace (or reuse) skirtings and scotia as required to replace wet gib. - Install new shower liner and re-install existing shower door back on. - Plaster new jib to ceiling - Plaster new jib to walls - Seal and paint walls and ceiling. Downstairs Flat Kitchen: - Replace gib to wall where removed that backs onto bathroom (approx 2 sheets) - Remove and replace (or reuse) skirting as required to replace gib - Plaster new gib to walls - Seal and paint wall and any skirting as required. I have labeled and attached photos to make it easier to quote. Also what is highlighted in green on the photos needs replacing. Please can you provide me with your sharpest quotation and timeframe to complete the works. Thanks Nick ---
