Deck waterproofing and cladding repair

Hi, we have a deck over bedroom built in the late 80's that is possibly leaking water into a bedroom wardrobe below. I pulled the deck planks off and cleared all the leaves and dirt that was likely blocking the drainage and at one corner the exterior is rotten. The job needs someone to repair exterior cladding and install a flashing and sealant to stop water getting in. There I also a hole in the water proofing membrane that needs be covered
