Oven and shower doors that dont close

Hi. I have an Ellerslie rental house that needs a Handyman for basic maintenance jobs. This week, the oven door doesn't completely close and sits slightly ajar, probably the hinge is too dirty or bent? The shower door doesn't stay close, I suspect the magnetic strip is malfunctioning. If you are able to assess and update me (I'm out located outside Auckland) with your proposal of repair and complete it, I would be most thankful.

Thanks to Gavin. He did a visit to assess what the repair jobs, texts me the approximate costs of the parts, he ordered them. Made another visit and replaced the oven hinge and shower door magnetic strip. Tenant said they are very happy with the outcome. Very acceptable fee.
