Minor repairs - doors, mailbox, towel hanger and leaks

We have several minor tasks that have built up. These include: - The door to our balcony is slanting and might need reattaching with new hinges - Our front door needs a door closer reattached - Our mailbox cover needs reattaching and the locking mechanism no longer works (hopefully this just requires lubrication) - A bathroom hand towel hanger needs reattaching - We have two water leaks (the shower and our NorthWest corner) that need sealing Hopefully these tasks can all be done at the same time. We live in an apartment. There is usually a spare spot for tradies in the basement, but if it's taken I'll cover any parking costs. There are 2 paid carparks within 2 minutes walk.
