Sealing of window

Good morning tradies, this is a message I have received from another owner of an apartment in the Citta building who has a similar problem with a window. I would like a tradie to contact me if they are able to do this work: "the bracket that connects the window to the frame gets loose over time. This can be replaced (Bunnings/Mitre10) which will tighten the window against the seal reducing/eliminating draft. The seals are well degraded in my window and also need replacing. Doing this will likely give a better and longer solution.
