Rust removal, polish and roof rack installation - Mercedes Benz Sprinter 311 CDI

I am in the process of converting my Mercedes Benz Sprinter 311 CDI 2007 into a "semi-campervan." While I have made some progress by installing windows and doing some structural work, there are still several tasks that require completion, and I could use some assistance from a builder to finish the project. Exterior: The previous builder installed improper roof racks, which have now developed rust. As a result, the van has acquired "superficial rust" on its surface. It requires a thorough cleaning and polishing, along with the correct roof racks being installed. Additionally, I intend to create a functional "deck" on the roof, allowing for efficient transport of items and providing a stable platform for cleaning the solar panels.
