A range of maintenance jobs around a 1970's townhouse (rental property) with wooden joinery. Work includes: 1. Flushing mechanism on upstairs toilet needs replacing. 2. Window hinges in upstairs bathroom need fixing/replacing. 3. Explore options for exhaust fan installation in upstairs bathroom - get quotes if possible. 4. Front gate bottom hinge needs replacing. 5. General inspection and tidy up of wooden doors and window with any cracking that needs repair. 6. Upstairs bedroom window has rot and need to explore options for replacing or repairing - get quotes if necessary. 7. Door locks on courtyard doors need repairing or replacing. Sorry waiting for photos from tenant - it's rental property so access needs to be arranged well ahead of time. Being able to do the work on a Saturday would be an advantage.
