General handyman tasks +

Hi, I need the help of a skilled and affordable handyman, who can undertake most (if possible all) of the following tasks. Those would ideally be completed over one to two days, sometimes within the next ten days or so: 1. Fix and install a new lock and possibly a new handle for my bathroom's door. 2. Fix one to two small parts (latches?) in two doors of my kitchen's cupboards, to ensure they shut properly again. 3. Fix / install two to three long rails for curtains, and possibly assist with hanging the curtains on those. 4. Install a chain door fastener on the entry door to this apartment. 5. Install a small lock pad bolt on one internal door. 5. Hang 3-4 wall fixtures, so it would be possible to hang some large pictures/ photos. 6. If time and cost would allow, then the following tasks are also required: - Some light sanding and polishing of only one side of 2-3 doors, in the same corridor. - Quick freshening and painting of 2-3 low walls in a very small bathroom area. 7. If at all possible and within your skills, undertake 1-2 minor electrical jobs related to two lamp bulb sockets. 8. Possibly fix one tape in the bathroom sick, but this is not urgent.
