Soggy wall repair - lots of other things

Hi there, My partner and I just purchased a house in Freemans Bay which needs quite a few jobs. This listing is for one of the jobs but we’ve got a details list of everything going on below. This one is for a wall that has been wet since January. This job will probably involve root causing how moisture got into the wall in the first place, repairing that then fixing up the wall. We’d prefer to get a package deal going where we can as that is more efficient: - New HVAC unit (second one) installed with ducting run - Repair of wall with moisture ingress - New internal door + internal window - New (basic) cabinetry in walk in closet - Sound proofing a door / wall as best as possible - Bathroom/laundry modifications involving cabinetry and sink - Replacement of waterproof balcony - Underfloor insulation
