Replace window latch, replace cupboard latches, seal window leak

I need a number of small items fixed: 1) A window latch is one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced 2) A windows seal in one of the bedrooms need to be replaced (its letting water in) 3) A kitchen cupboard hinge has broken and needs to be replaced (will need 2 because the original hinges are no longer manufactured). An example of a working cupboard latch in the same cabinet is shown in the photos. Please provide a quote and an ETA to get these items completed.
