Tighten downpipe fitting, replace window latch, replace cupboard latch, replace

I need a number of small items fixed: 1) Tighten downpipe fitting - the horizontal section of a roof drain pipe has become loose from the heavy rain we have had. It needs to be re-tightened using a stainless steel hose clamp (or a more appropriate option) 2) A window latch is one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced 3) A windows seal in one of the bedrooms need to be replaced (its letting water in) 4) A kitchen cupboard hinge has broken and needs to be replaced (will need 2 because the original hinges are no longer manufactured). Please provide a quote and an ETA to get these items completed.
