Hi, Need a quote for the following: Front door area: - Paint chipping on side of house - there is a tin of paint under the house, who-ever carries out the painting jobs can match it with the reference for the touch ups. - Steps to front door - to make the entrance more appealing - the entrance painted with hard-wearing paint Kitchen: -Dishwasher handle - ok to have it replaced - if needs be, replace the two BUT try to match with the existing cupboards - Upper wall needs painting (from leak) - Cover over cat door - please have this removed and blanked off on both sides(brushed metal plate for example) Kitchen cupboards have paint chips - for stripping back and simply oiling the natural wood afterwards Kick boards need painting - ok to repaint with a more hard wearing type paint Hallway: - Light fitting holder has dropped down - Paint chipping Lounge room: - Paint chipping around fire place - Ceiling light coming loose please have this secured , or fit a new one with a larger base Outside: - Level off area where water drains causing dampness - Bath tub removed - Fence - please have a quotation done for cleaning, repairing/ replacing slats where needed and re-painting (in a colour close to that of the house) front fence - Rear guttering apart
