Tumble dryer repair & sliding door

Hi there, I have a short term rental property that is needing a repair to a tumble dryer and the lock of a sliding door. The dryer is a condenser dryer, the dryer runs for about 90 seconds and then shuts off, the client assures me that the water tray is empty, Ideally I need this repaired in house. The sliding door lock, is having a little bit of an issue, with it staying in the locked position, the door is open however, so cannot slide all the way to the closed position. I would need this job done today 18/4 or tomorrow 19/4 if possible. Address is Halsey Street, Wynyard quarter.
