The bathroom floor is water damaged (over many years). When you step on the tiles just inside the doorway it feels soft. There is only a very short crawl space under the floor. New shower box and floor tiles will follow floor repair. You can look at the job from next week, and depending on how long it will take, could be done before 9th May - or wait until mid-June
