Table repair + odds and ends

One of the legs on our small coffee table has ripped off, damaging the wood which makes it hard to screw back on. I want to get that fixed. See photos. Our kitchen sink tap is also coming out of its housing and needs to be tightened, and the toilet seat keeps coming off. Keen to get someone to address all three problems.
