Moving a wall mounted TV to another wall

We need to move our TV in the lounge to another wall across the room. For this we need 3 things to be done. 1. Fix the wall mounts to another wall to move the TV there. 2. Run wires for TV and sound bar behind the GIB board to the floor level. 3. Move the fibre box across to where the TV is to be mounted. There is space under the floor. It does not need a registered electrician as electrical outlets are already there.
