Kitchen: 1. Require silicone sealant (or similar) where kitchen unit toe-kicks finish onto the flooring. 2. Area of kitchen unit toe-kick is damaged and needs repairing Bedroom 1: 3. Window catch to be replaced ( we have this) Bedroom 2: 4. Doorstop required behind main internal door ( we have this) 5. Hinge to be re-secured on wardrobe door Bedroom 3: 6. Wardrobe double doors to be eased or adjusted Laundry: 7. Laundry tub needs to be fixed to wall or floor
