Hardie flex board patch repair

For an expert like you it should be a fairly simple job to fix. My daughter made a hole in my neighbours wall. It's hardie flex board painted. Hence the hole with the bike. Hole to patch about 400cm wide for 250cm tall... I have not meassured it sorry this is just a guess, but see the pics. Please note the hand on the top right for scale reference. I'm not an expert but this could be the job to be done: Cut out a square or rectangle of hardie flex board & patch it, then plaster & paint to match the rest of the wall. Thanks.
