Shower seal and skirting board

We have 2 small jobs that need to be completed at our property. 1. Shower door seal under the door needs to be replaced. Shower brand is englefield. 2. Skirting boards in a small room to be put in. These will need to be measured. Basically half of the room has skirting boards and half is missing. We now live in Australia and there is a tenant at the property. I don't have a picture of the seal, but am providing pictures of the skirting boards. Note, you will need to come in and measure as we don't have the specs. We will organise a time with our property manager for you to come in.
