Storage Space in Basement

** I have a basic storage cell (3100 x --- high) in my basement which needs finishing and proper insulation & gibbing, plus a door (already on site) hung & lock fitted, so that I can store all my worldly possessions (preferably without going mouldy) while the house above is rented out! ** PLUS a small wooden fence needs reattaching to a concrete block wall ** PLUS advice on a ceiling panel post roof leak - roof has been fixed, but not sure if entire panel needs replacing, or just bogged and repainted. ** PLUS a tiny plaster patch-up job in the hall. ** PLUS an even tinier architrave fix and shelves fitted in laundry cupboard.

These guys went out of their way to help me when they were already a bit overloaded, but I was on a tight timeframe. All assistance was very much appreciated. The work was to a very high standard and I was delighted. They even ended up getting me in a painter (David) who was not only young, Brazilian and very polite (!) but did an EXCELLENT job. Really, these guys are legends!
