URGENT handyman job this week

Would like a handyman that can do a range of jobs AND must be available this week please. See below jobs: DEFINITE: - blocked overflowing drain outside house when shower/bathroom used - 2 door knobs fix/replacement - wooden picket fence corner post thing on top has come off so need to put back on WOULD NEED QUOTE ON-ISTE: - 3 windows jammed with one of them painted shut and would like to open them if its poss (1900s character house) - back wooden gate doesn't close and lock anymore (think it's expanded in sun/ bent out of place) Would need to know pls hours & cost of the above required jobs firstly. Then we can chat later re the other jobs on site.
