Handyman required to replace 2 pieces of wood

My deck/conservatory had 2 pieces of wood which were rotten so I have disposed of them. I have tried to replace them but my ladder is not tall enough! Need 2 pieces of timber one 245 cm and the other 560 cm to be nailed on the top of the conservatory roof to the hand rails (refer to picture red lines). Also had a security light replaced (2nd picture) and it had left a hole so need it covered up (red lines). Cheers
