hi there, Bits and pieces at a residential property 1. Back door upper joint separated causing it to jam. Possibly could be tapped back and glued. 2. Fence uprig --- boards require re fixing 3. Loose slates on steps require gluing back on. 1. is quite urgent. Would like quote for that as a separate job as well as a quote which includes all 3 fix it jobs, so know if can afford to get them all done at the same time.

Satisfactorily made arrangements with tenant of property. Have not personally inspected the work done but tenant is happy with the result. I will definitely keep Nick's details at hand for any future handyman work that may require doing.
