General Handyman repairs & instal floating shelves & provide additional quote

1. Measure and install 3 new floating shelves in kitchen must be a tidy and professional job! They will go in a rightangle corner and line up with a rangehood level for the top shelves and then there will be one lower shelf above a power point that will be on one wall only. They are approximately 900mm - 1m long and will need to be white high-gloss floating shelves or similar finish (up to handyman to recommend happy to purchase the shelves for installation prior to the job). SEE PHOTO FOR THE 90 Deg corner wall with rangehood height. 2. Replace 3-5 window catches on wooden (1970s) joinery. Simple lever catch that will last (last ones were miles nielson and they are hopeless!!). SEE PHOTO 3. One window may need repair to the timber frame where the fixture attaches to, with builders bog, sand, undercoat and topcoat. 4. Kaboodle kitchen cupboard doors need re-hanging and adjusting hinges x 3 and kitchen pantry tall doors x 2 adjusting hinges they are hung but need adjusting so they close and do not overlap! 5. Kaboodle kitchen lazy suzy corner cupboard needs to be re-hung completely (it has come off entirely) but the two parts to the door are still in perfect condition however, the hinges were never installed properly. 6. Linen cupboard tall doors - one hinge at the bottom needs re-attaching. 7. Bathroom undersink cabinet needs two drawers re-adjusted and some minor repairs to stablise the drawers (This needs a good carpentry solution and will be a little bit tricky (i.e not a 5 min job )!! 8. Fix Swivel rubbish bin in Kaboodle kitchen which is no longer swivelling out with the door as it is supposed to. 9. Re-fix a hand towel rail in the bathroom. the fixture is complete but the position and gib wall has given way (needs a sturdy solution). SEE PHOTO 10. Consultation and quote separately to paint exterior deck bargeboard to front 2 faces and silicon and some repairs to deck surface to improve waterproofing along ranchslider length (3 - 4m).
