Hang a rail on a concrete wall

I have metal pipe rail that needs re-hanging. This was already on a wall in my studio (a concrete wall) but it fell down. While it was down we've had the room painted and the holes patched up. I now need it re-hung. It should be an easy enough job but I'll need the right person to bring the correct concrete screws to hang it (i think a few of them have been accidentally thrown out by the painter.
