Odd jobs

I have had a few little jobs pile up but it was when the toilet door fell off its hinge that I thought I’d better get them sorted! Address is in Mt Albert. Look forward to hearing from you. Would like them done before Xmas if possible. If not, after Xmas would be ok. Thanks This is the list and I’ve attached pics to give a general idea. Fix 2 x outdoor gates. One is off the hinge and the other doesn’t line up so it can’t be easily shut. Fix a wobbly bannister Secure the edging around a garden planter box Fix a toilet door that has both come off its hinge and the font piece has come unstuck from the frame. Secure some outdoor stairs that have nails coming out. Secure an outdoor railing that is wobbly. Get on a ladder to change the direction of an outdoor timer light and adjust the timer. Put a piece of sthg soft in the exterior of the bathroom extractor fan so that it doesn’t bang on a windy night. Apply black mastic to some gaps on an exterior wall - need a ladder. File down the edge of bathroom door so that it shuts. Fix missing part of shed that allows rain to come in door. Reattach a picket on picket fence.
