We are looking at getting a quote for our common spaces in the unit block to be maintained, repaired and repainted. Looking to have the below quoted: 1) Replace Letterboxes 2) Exterior painting Repaint painted surfaces on carport and units 3) Roofing Replace roof on carport, including spouting and downpipes 4) Boundary fences repaired and painted The list above reflects the priority order and depending on the quote we will get all or various elements done.
