Gate & Door Handle Fix

Needing the hinges on the carpark gate to be replaced - they are attached by rivets. We have bought new hinges - they just need to be put on. Not sure if rivets will have to be used again - hence why I am not doing this one myself. Front door handle is loose - so needs tightening or replacing. We are unsure of how to do this.
